Girls recreation levels 1,2 & 3 will focus on routine based skills from the Australian levels program, with girls given the opportunity to compete in club based competition. These programs will continue with an emphasis on strength and flexibility, but will work on perfecting skills, ready for girls to enter routine based competitions. Girls will continue with work on acrobatic elements and aerial awareness on trampolines. From this program, girls may be selected into our competition teams.
Click here for Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 class timetable.

Entry into our competitive teams is by selection only. Girls are continually being assessed by our instructors, evaluating suitable gymnasts to enter our CT programs.
Our Girls CT programs follow the Australian levels program, with girls able to compete from levels 1 to 10. Girls in our CT programs are expected to compete in competitions designated by the girls program coordinator.
Girls will continue working on core strength suitable for their age as well as flexibility, which will involve stretching.
When girls enter our CT programs they must follow the rules set out in our clubs competition handbook. (Click here to view the competition handbook)
When a girl is accepted into our CT program, they are expected to commit to the full program as set by their coach.
If your child vacates their position within a CT program, they will need to be reassessed prior to being accepted back into the program.
